At Play Cafe, we embrace diversity and strive to be a warm environment for all ages. Our event space is thoughtfully designed to cater to a wide variety of needs, ensuring that everyone not just feels welcomed but celebrated.
Our Story
Owners Austin Motes and Daniel Kingsbury are both dads with little kids. They acutely understand the challenge of finding fun, safe, and affordable places for their kids to play indoors, but not at the expense of the sanity of the parents. Greenville is growing so fast, and so many new families are coming to put down roots here—many of whom work from home—and they saw the need for a massive indoor space that allows parents to work and where their kids can get out energy and play. This is when Play Cafe was born, an indoor play space with structures, rentable rooms for special events, and a cafe to sit and relax.
Our Event Space
We pride ourselves in having a versatile and dynamic event space that can host a wide variety of events.

Our space includes 5 connecting rooms that are 15 ft by 20 ft deep that can be used for birthday parties, corporate events, indoor activities, workshops, baby showers and meetings. Our space is designed to accommodate various group sizes. Each room—separated by a sliding barn door—can be rented out individually, or you can rent multiple spaces.
